Dr. Tony believes that movement is medicine and that meaningful care begins with understanding the person—not just the area that hurts. His approach combines chiropractic care, functional rehabilitation, and movement-based treatment to help patients feel better, move with greater confidence, and return to the activities that matter to them. His interest in chiropractic and rehabilitation began through his own experiences recovering from injuries while playing collegiate football. Those experiences shaped his understanding of how pain and physical limitations can affect a person’s quality of life and continue to influence the thoughtful, individualized care he provides today. Dr. Tony’s goal is not only to help relieve pain, but also to help patients better understand their bodies and develop practical ways to incorporate movement into their daily lives. He is committed to continually expanding his knowledge and staying current with evidence-informed treatment approaches and rehabilitation strategies. Dr. Tony graduated with honors from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Biomedical Sciences while playing collegiate football. His additional training includes Applied Kinesiology, Active Release Techniques, Smart Tools instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Postural Restoration Institute, and other movement- and rehabilitation-based approaches.
