I recently graduated from Big Bend Technical College in November 2020! I got very curious about pain, or should I say the "root cause" of pain because I was in pain! Working for a huge corporation for 17 years, my body was screaming at me to stop and listen. I decided to resign my career and go to school for Massage Therapy. I believe pain is half physical and half emotional. My passion is to forever learn and practice all types of modalities to better serve my clients.
The main focus of a relaxation massage is to de-stress, calm and relax the mind and body. This is a pain free therapy! A relaxation massage treatment involves flowing strokes, rocking, compressions, and kneading, performed at your chosen pressure.
