Healing an injury is only the first step; maintaining your momentum is where true health begins. As both a Kinesiologist and an avid swimmer, I understand the frustration of being sidelined and the dedication it takes to return to optimal condition. My rehabilitation philosophy goes beyond standard recovery protocols. I view every session as an opportunity to educate, helping my patients decode how their body moves so they feel confident managing their physical health long after our time together ends.
