Some of my certifications include Facilitator of Embodied Transformation, AuraSoma Practitioner Level 3, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Brain Integration Technique, Integrated Healing Practitioner, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy Level 2. I love using the power of breath and movement in my massage work and in mytransformationwork too. Many of my modalities also include muscle testing as a way to discover the wisdom of the clients unconscious mind. Integrating and healing body, mind and spirit is my goal for every session!
