I have been a massage therapist since 2006. I started out working in a Physical Therapy office and loved it so much I decided to go to massage school. I like to approach bodywork by looking at the body as a whole. By using a variety of techniques together I address issues and create lasting affects by treating the cause instead of just the symptoms. I also encourage my clients to do self care. These include exercise, eating right and stress management.
