ALMA is a dedicated and client‑centered massage therapist with a strong foundation in anatomy, clinical assessment, and evidence‑informed treatment. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is completing her Registered Massage Therapy training, bringing a well‑rounded understanding of both physical and psychological wellness into her practice. She has developed skills in deep tissue, relaxation, and therapeutic techniques, with a focus on reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting long‑term functional health. Alma is known for her professionalism, clear communication, and ability to create a safe, comfortable environment for every client. Her approach integrates thorough assessment, individualized treatment planning, and practical home‑care recommendations to help clients achieve meaningful results. Alma is committed to ongoing learning, ethical practice, and contributing positively to a collaborative clinical team. She aims to support clients in reaching their wellness goals through compassionate, effective, and evidence‑informed massage therapy. Please note that Alma is new to our clinic and is currently in the process of being added to the Medavie direct billing system. The application process can take approximately 4 months. Until the therapist is approved and active in the Medavie system, we are unfortunately unable to submit claims directly on your behalf. If you have Medavie insurance and choose to book an appointment with ALMA, payment will need to be made upfront at the time of your appointment.
