Kiersten graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College in 2024. With a strong focus on rehabilitation, she has a particular interest in sports-related recovery and performance. Kiersten is a firm believer in the value of multidisciplinary care and is excited to contribute to the collaborative environment at HCM. Her practice primarily includes Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, with each treatment carefully tailored to meet the individual needs of her clients. Kiersten is committed to ongoing professional development and plans to expand her skill set and therapeutic modalities to ensure she continues to provide high-quality care. Outside the clinic, Kiersten enjoys spending time in nature and stays active through horseback riding, mountain biking, and hiking.
Our Registered Massage therapists can provide both clinical and therapeutic massage to aid in relaxation and reduce muscle tension. Please note that as all of our therapists are registered, the paid time will include preparation, including a brief discussion about your health, hands-on therapy, and also recommendations for home care and dressing time.
