With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Carol has built her career around one passion: helping people move and feel better. Known for delivering care that’s skilled, creative, and refreshingly human , she doesn’t just treat symptoms - she helps people rediscover freedom in their bodies and the confidence to live fully. Graduating with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and a long-standing member of MTWPAM, Carol brings a depth of skill and experience to every treatment. Her advanced training in Fascial Stretch Therapy (Level 3–Medical), CranioSacral Therapy (Level 2), massage cupping, and Sacred Somatics means her work goes far beyond relaxation - she helps people recover faster, reduce tension, increase mobility and works with the nervous system to restore balance and resilience. Also a yoga and movement teacher, Carol is known for her neuro-inclusive classes that make movement engaging for all bodies and brains. Outside the clinic, she thrives on adventure - hiking with her border collie Juno, cold-water swimming, freediving, or rolling on the mats in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
