With more than 10 years of experience practicing acupuncture and traditional bodywork, I take a comprehensive approach to sports medicine, injury recovery, pain management, and overall physical well-being. My clinical experience includes working with acute and chronic injuries, muscle and tendon pain, joint pain and mobility limitations, overuse and repetitive strain injuries, and the physical demands that come with training and an active lifestyle. I work with athletes and active individuals at all levels, supporting the body through injury recovery, performance, and ongoing maintenance. My goal is to understand not only where you hurt, but why your body may be compensating or struggling to recover. Treatments are individualized to support pain relief, mobility, circulation, recovery, and optimal function. I believe the best care extends beyond the treatment room. When appropriate, I provide practical guidance around movement, lifestyle, nutrition, and targeted supplementation to help you better understand your body and actively support your own recovery and long-term well-being.

This appointment is for a first-time patient to establish care in our practice. The initial visit will go over your health history, discuss treatment goals and put together a course of treatment that is customized to meet your specific needs. This session will also include an acupuncture treatment and any additional lifestyle recommendations from the practitioner. This session is offered on a sliding scale of $70-$120.
