Fannie is a CTCMA-registered Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Taiwan. She completed her acupuncture apprenticeship at the Taiwan Acupuncture-Moxibustion Society of Taipei in Taiwan and continued to study Chinese medicine at Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. During her years of studies, she got to follow and learn from great doctors with different specialties. She is experienced in utilizing a wide variety of treatment modalities to help her patients, including acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, and Gua Sha. She treats a variety of conditions but not limited to pain management, digestive issues, sleeping disorders, menstruation problems, etc. She speaks fluently in English, Mandarin, Taiwanese and Cantonese. *We are currently working on activating the ICBC vendor to accommodate ICBC patients for Dr. Chang.
