I am a licensed massage therapist with a deep clinical foundation. I approach soft-tissue therapy with a level of anatomical precision and clinical awareness. My massage therapy practice integrates my knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, pathology. And neuromuscular function to deliver treatments that are both therapeutic and client centered. With my nursing background, it equips me to recognize contraindications and adapt my techniques for the client. . With my clinical experience and assures that every session is safe, intentional, and the best interest of my clients. I’m based in Bonita Springs. I am also an instructor at Bonita beauty and wellness Academy, sharing my passion for therapy and the sciences with the next generation of LMT‘s.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
