Natural Balance Physiotherapy and Wellness

105 1st St West, Suite 201, Cochrane, AB, T4C 3E9

Yimeng completed her physiotherapy education in Beijing while also undertaking a valuable two- year residency program at the University of Southern California. She later pursued two master’s degrees in exercise physiology, one in Hong Kong and one in Canada, which deepened her understanding of how movement and exercise promote recovery and long-term health. In her practice, Yimeng has learned that the most powerful tools are not only manual skills and exercise, but also communication, education, and trust. She is passionate about providing person- centered care, ensuring that every patient feels heard and supported throughout their journey. Outside the clinic, Yimeng lives the active lifestyle she encourages in others—she enjoys swimming, tennis, running, and hiking. She also finds balance in music and gardening, which keep her balanced and inspired.
