Jon’s journey into massage therapy was fuelled by their experience as an exercise physiologist, where they sought to enhance client care through manual therapy. Their personal experience with soccer injuries, and subsequent recovery with the help of massage therapy, solidified their passion for the field. Jon utilizes a problem-solving and results-driven approach, employing palpation and orthopedic testing to ensure effective treatment. He tailors pressure levels to individual client needs and preferences and takes a slow, deliberate approach to deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Jon also integrates joint mobilizations, strengthening and stretching techniques, drawing from his expertise in personal training. With a foundation as a previous Registered Kinesiologist and current Certified Exercise Physiologist, he prioritizes a holistic approach to client care, combining hands-on treatment with personalized exercise and self-care recommendations. His goal is to empower clients to achieve optimal physical well-being and long-term recovery.
