I came to the Okanagan Valley in search of a healthy, adventurous, and joy-filled lifestyle. I believe our days should be filled with exploration through movement and connection to nature. I enjoy biking, running, skiing, paddling and making the most of our seasonal sports while enjoying the views. My passion in sports and performance lead me to a career in manual therapy, where my goal is to work together with clients to alleviate pain and dysfunction, and empower continuous growth through movement and self-discovery.
A gait assessment includes lower extremity strength and mobility testing, walking evaluation, and an in-depth evaluation of your stance and gait cycle using 3DMaxx - 3D contact imaging. The cost of this visit will be included in the total cost of orthotics if prescribed.
