I came to the Okanagan Valley in search of a healthy, adventurous, and joy-filled lifestyle. I believe our days should be filled with exploration through movement and connection to nature. I enjoy biking, running, skiing, paddling and making the most of our seasonal sports while enjoying the views. My passion in sports and performance lead me to a career in manual therapy, where my goal is to work together with clients to alleviate pain and dysfunction, and empower continuous growth through movement and self-discovery.

Kinesiology
Your treatment will include a one-on-one, supervised, rehabilitative exercise program designed to improve strength and mobility and target your current complaints. Treatment consisting of mobilizations, Active Release Technique, and Graston therapy will be included as needed specific to your goals.
