Ashley Straka, M.Ac, L.Ac is a licensed acupuncturist specializing in women’s health, sports medicine, and pain management. She takes a collaborative, integrative approach, working with medical doctors, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, and other specialists to support patients with hormone imbalances, anxiety, and pain. Ashley also offers a new advanced skincare line, featuring microneedling, nano-needling, and stem cell infusion treatments, combined with red light therapy to rejuvenate skin, support cellular repair, and promote a healthy, youthful glow. She earned her Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from Northwestern Health Sciences University and is board-certified by the NCCAOM. Licensed in Iowa and Wisconsin, she uses acupuncture, cupping, electro-stimulation, nutrition therapy, and Gua Sha to reduce pain, ease anxiety, and promote overall health and wellness.
