Vanessa is a Registered Massage Therapist who recently graduated with honours from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where she was also awarded the Heart Award—an honour nominated by her cohort and instructors in recognition of her compassion, dedication, and character. Before stepping into the world of massage therapy, Vanessa’s passion for movement shaped her first career. She earned a BFA in Contemporary Dance and went on to teach fitness, barre, and Pilates, sharing her love of strength, alignment, and embodied expression with others. Vanessa’s own beautiful yet tumultuous pre- and post-natal journey deeply influenced her path. As a mother who has experienced both stillbirth and miscarriage, she carries a heartfelt commitment to supporting women and families through the full spectrum of life’s transitions. Once her three boys were thriving, she returned to school with a renewed purpose: to advocate for and empower women through compassionate, whole-person care. She strives to create a treatment space that feels safe, grounded, and supportive—where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. Vanessa brings a unique lens to movement, strength, and healing, integrating her movement background into customized treatment and home-care plans that feel approachable and meaningful. Her practice is guided by deep empathy, attentive listening, and respect for every individual’s journey.
