Dr. Bonnie Keys graduated from the University of Guelph with a B.Sc. in Human Kinetics. Her interests in the human body and desire to help people in a natural, drug free environment led her to a career in chiropractic. She graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with honors in academic and clinical studies. Dr. Keys has been practicing chiropractic in Guelph since 1989. Since 1991 she has been running a multidisciplinary clinic in South City Centre. Dr. Keys practices full spine diversified technique , extremity and peripheral joint manipulation/mobilization, activator technique, myofascial and soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription and therapeutic modalities including interferential current and ultrasound. She is continually taking courses related to chiropractic, sports rehabilitation and nutrition. Dr. Keys feels it is important to take a holistic approach with patient treatment and believes the natural approach of chiropractic helps patients of all ages reach optimum wellness , both physically and mentally. When not treating patients, Dr. Keys enjoys maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with her two boys , working out at the gym or out walking and enjoys most sports from downhill skiing, biking,volleyball to hiking and snorkeling. To relax she spends time gardening, cooking and reading.
