Ajay is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping clients recover from pain, restore movement, and improve their overall quality of life. He earned his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) in India and has experience working in orthopedic and outpatient rehabilitation settings. He is fully licensed and registered with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists. Ajay has a strong interest in treating shoulder, neck, and back pain, including sports injuries, muscle strains, postural dysfunction, sciatica, and post-surgical conditions. He believes in identifying the root cause of pain and creating personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s goals and lifestyle. His treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, movement correction, and education to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and regain strength safely and effectively. He focuses on providing evidence-based care in a supportive and comfortable environment. Ajay’s goal is to help every client move better, feel stronger, and return confidently to their daily activities, work, and hobbies with improved function and long-term results.
