Angela provides a warm, compassionate, safe space to foster physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Angela’s belief is that harmony is the baseline within each individual, and that pain is the signal to alert an imbalance in the system of mind and body. Angela uses a variety of techniques such as myofascial stretching, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy, and soft tissue manipulations to restore tissue health, function, and reduce pain. Through an integrative holistic approach, Angela also offers treatment complimented with breathwork and Reiki, in combination with massage, to assist in allowing the body to come back into alignment, and release blockages that impede the natural state of harmony. Angela incorporates her comprehensive understanding of the human anatomy, alongside the acknowledgment of emotional factors, to identify and facilitate an integrative treatment unique to each client and their individual needs.
