Saliymah DaCosta, is the Founder and owner of Touched; a company that provides therapeutic massage and sports massage to youth, adults and athletes. Raised in a Caribbean household she was exposed to alternative medicine and home remedies. Massage therapy falls right in line with how she was raised. She is still finding ways to help heal the body in natural ways. Touched strives to encourage natural body healing through touch.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Suggested for post surgery clients, those who are experiencing swelling in joints, bloated or feeling “a little off”
