Lolah was born and raised in Powell River and earned her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Prior to completing her master’s degree, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia. Lolah is passionate about delivering evidence-based care and has a strong interest in exercise prescription, manual therapy, and orthopaedic rehabilitation. She is dedicated to helping patients return to their previous level of function and activity, while also supporting those who are adapting to new physical realities and goals. Lolah has a particular interest in working with children and youth and strives to create a fun, engaging, and supportive rehabilitation experience. To further enhance her clinical practice, Lolah has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Dry Needling certifications through Acupuncture Canada and has completed Level 1 of the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Program. She has also pursued additional continuing education focused on shoulder and hip rehabilitation, allowing her to provide comprehensive, evidence-informed treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
