A mother of 2 grown kids, a wife, an artist, and a licensed master massage therapist. With over a decade of experience working at the country's busiest and most well know massage therapy franchise, Massage Envy, I've had the opportunity to work on and with thousands of people. During my first few years working at the location in Missouri I learned the basics. During the next few years in Arkansas my focus shifted to using that experience to help people with issues all over the spectrum from things like chronic pain, migraines, injuries, stress, fatigue, tightness, stretching, and so much more. I also had the opportunity, and support from the people around me, to focus on learning beyond the basics. I was able to do over 400 hours of state board certified continuing education courses and earned my master massage therapist license in the state of Arkansas. At work I also earned the position of lead therapist. That meant training hundreds of new hires, mentoring other therapists on their journeys, sharing the knowledge I have learned on my own journey, as well as being a vital part of the management team. Being a part of management really helped me learn about the business side of things. In 2021 an additional opportunity arose and I became the assistant director at the Conway Massage Institute. I got to help instruct at the massage school and work with the students as they began their journeys. I discovered a love of teaching body work and plan to teach continuing education courses in the future.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
