Ella is a Kinesiology graduate from Simon Fraser University with experience supporting diverse populations—from stroke survivors working on motor skills to athletes improving movement and performance. She has worked in both clinical and athletic settings, bringing a supportive, client-centered approach grounded in biomechanics and evidence-based practice. Ella is passionate about helping clients recover, move better, and achieve their health and fitness goals.
