Carine is a graduate with Honours, from the International Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Ottawa as an Acupuncture Practitioner. She is a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturist of Ontario (CTCMPAO). As a mom of 3 boys, Carine’s journey has been forged around that experience. For several years she was a doula and a lactation peer support. In 2017, she became certified as a 200 hours yoga teacher and is also trained in pre-natal and yin yoga. She also holds a College certificate in Social Work. She is a resident of Rockland and I grew up in the beautiful Laurentians. Carine seeks to provide a holistic approach to her patients. She takes the time to evaluate all the aspects of your life that can have an impact on your health and discuss a plan that you agree on. She also believes that most people benefit from several types of modalities so she loves working in collaboration with other professionals so you can achieve the best results together. Most importantly, She cares about her patients and I want to provide you with a calm, nurturing and safe experience. She loves to include several modalities in her treatments like cupping, tuina massage and ear acupuncture.
