I specialize in helping people release pain from their bodies. I attended Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2017. I have experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and hot stone massage. Ive recently undergone Thai Massage Training with Shai Plonski in 2024. Im an experienced yoga instructor, integrative trauma resolution practitioner, and have been working with clients 1:1 since 2018. I look forward to specializing in core and hip health, and I enjoy blending my knowledge of eastern principles into the body work I offer.
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
