Andrew Lam is a Chiropodist, Physiotherapist, and a Registered Massage Therapist. After completing his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, Andrew decided to pursue a path into health care. Beginning his career with a Diploma of Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, then completing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at D’Youville College in Buffalo and completing his education at the Michener Institute for an Advanced Diploma in Chiropody. In his personal time, Andrew enjoys volleyball, soccer, and swimming. With his experiences Andrew utilizes his understanding of biomechanics to get his patients back to sport. With his expertise, he is a great fit at InStride, matching our philosophy of a whole body approach when addressing foot ailments.

Our physiotherapy assessment is a comprehensive 45 minute appointment designed to identify the root cause of your pain, injury, or movement limitation. During your visit, your physiotherapist will: Review your medical history and current concerns Perform a detailed movement and strength assessment Explain your diagnosis in clear, simple terms Begin hands-on treatment (if appropriate) Develop a personalized treatment and exercise plan to help you recover and prevent re-injury This appointment is ideal for new injuries, chronic pain, or if you’re seeking to improve performance or mobility.
