Growing up, I was the kid who played all the sports. Soccer and volleyball were my mainstays, with stints in track and field and basketball along the way. As an athlete, I spent plenty of time in a chiropractor’s office—and it didn’t take long for me to realize how impactful that care was. I remember thinking, how amazing would it be to help people the way I was helped? The rest, as they say, is history. I attended Valley City State University in Valley City, North Dakota, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Science while competing as a member of the women’s volleyball team. Following graduation, I went on to complete my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. With Southern Alberta roots and the mountains calling my name, I made the move to Alberta—and I haven’t looked back since. I began my journey by opening Willow Creek Chiropractic in Claresholm, and I’m so excited to now expand my reach and continue helping more people in the Calgary area as part of the Walden Chiropractic and Massage team.
