Sydney obtained her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Toronto after completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Kinesiology with distinction at Western University, where she was also captain of the varsity softball team in her final year. Sydney worked as a Kinesiologist prior to starting physiotherapy school. Throughout her Physical Therapy degree Sydney has had the opportunity to work with a variety of conditions in both private and public settings. She has also completed her level 1 Advanced Integrative Musculoskeletal course and plans to continue her education through completing the other AIM levels, in addition to other courses. Sydney is passionate about helping clients reach their goals through an evidence based and client-centred approach, including manual therapy and individualized exercise prescription. With her extensive background in competitive sports, including softball and hockey, Sydney understands the importance of an individualized approach to rehab for returning to sport or everyday activities! In her spare time, Sydney enjoys cooking and baking, reading, playing softball, and is currently training for her first half-marathon. Sydney looks forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals!
