I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist with over 25 years of experience in the field of therapeutic bodywork. I hold advanced certification in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) through the Chikly Institute, and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) through Klose Training, specializing in the treatment and management of lymphedema, post-surgical swelling, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Known for my compassionate and individualized approach, I combine clinical skill with a deep understanding of the lymphatic and muscular systems. My treatments are rooted in evidence-based techniques that support healing, reduce discomfort, and improve quality of life for each client. In addition to lymphedema and MLD therapy, I offer comprehensive massage therapy services tailored to address pain relief, stress reduction, and rehabilitation. I am committed to continuing education and stay current on the latest research and techniques in manual therapy and integrative health. SET The Technique proudly accepts VA referrals as a community care provider and welcomes clients utilizing Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
