With 19 years of experience in personal training and sports training, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the body, movement, and what it takes to feel and function at your best. I’m a graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy and a RAPID specialist. My approach to massage is both intuitive and clinical. I combine a strong understanding of anatomy and movement with the ability to listen to what the body is telling me. I believe every body is different, and I take the time to understand the person behind the symptoms. I genuinely take pride in my work and pay close attention to the small details that can make a big difference. My goal isn’t simply to provide temporary relief, but to understand what’s contributing to the problem and work toward a meaningful, corrective outcome. For me, massage is about helping people move better, feel better, and have a better understanding of their own bodies.
