Your initial session will consist of evaluation and history of current issue(s)/injury, including functional movement assessment, Active Release Techniques/muscle and soft tissue therapy, and chiropractic manipulation. Don't have a current injury? That's fine too...maintenance, stretching and wellness sessions are a great idea!
