Breathe Massage & Wellness
4915 50 Ave C1, Lacombe, Alberta, T4L 1E5, Canada
I graduated in 1996 from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in Ontario that holds a high reputation of a strong 2200 hour education. Soon after, I began a home based practice where I built a strong clientele. I enjoy administering deep tissue massage and pursued further training with Esalen Deep Tissue as well as Schweitzer's Deep Tissue techniques. In 2014 I also pursued training in the Vodder method of Manual Lymph Drainage. Over the nearly 30 years of being a massage therapist, I have learned so much and truly have delighted in delivering the best professional care I can to every client I encounter. My husband and I relocated our family to Alberta to join our son, his wife and new baby. It is my pleasure now to rebuild a strong clientele here as I join "Breathe Massage and Wellness" with hopes of getting to know this community and contribute towards your health and well being.
Massage Therapy
The purpose of this gentle treatment is to help you relax: calm the nervous system, relieve stress and promote a sense of well being.
Lymphatic Drainage
MLD is a light, skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid. Therapy is applied to your unaffected areas first to improve flow through the lymphatic system, making it possible for fluid to move out of the congested area.
