Joah is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in Human Movement Science, dedicated to restoring optimal function and supporting a pain-free, active lifestyle. She holds a Bachelor of Exercise, Sport & Leisure Sciences from Ewha Womans University in South Korea, as well as a Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in Canada. Joah takes a client-centered approach, emphasizing open communication to ensure each treatment is tailored to the individual’s needs and comfort. Treatments are guided by evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a strong understanding of functional anatomy. Areas of special interest include: - Stress reduction and tension management - Postural dysfunction associated with prolonged sitting - Injury rehabilitation, with a particular focus on athletic recovery and performance, informed by experience in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Hapkido At the core of Joah’s practice is a commitment to helping clients experience the joy of free movement in their daily lives. Outside of the clinic, Joah enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through gym training, swimming, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (currently on pause), and exploring a passion for cooking.
