Jeffrey Day graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy and was the recipient of the Trisia Beck Award. In September 2015, while practicing in various multi-disciplinary clinics in the GTA, Day returned to CCMH to join the faculty as a lead instructor. Day is inspired with a strong commitment to learning and adapting to the functionality of the body through professional healthcare practices that support his growing foundation of skills. Day is outcome based in treating a wide variety of conditions and providing client centred care. Jeffrey enjoys working closely with clients to find the right pressure and effective treatment approach to meet individual healthcare needs and wellness goals. In 2004 Jeffrey graduated with a BFA in Music Theatre, focusing extensively on studying the body through voice/breathing techniques, movement and dance. Combining his love for the arts & sciences and his dedication to achieving massage & hydrotherapy excellence continues to provide him with the ability to facilitate personalized treatments from clinical evidence-based research with holistic-care approach. Day holds additional training in assessments, TMJ dysfunction, craniosacral therapy (Lvl 1), pregnancy, and cupping massage.
