Haley is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Specialist who graduated with honours from Eastern College. Inspired by her years playing rugby, Haley developed a passion for helping people recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. She takes an individualized approach to treatment, tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of her clients. Haley combines a range of therapeutic techniques including deep tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to support recovery, improve mobility, and promote long-term results. She also incorporates remedial exercise and self-management strategies where appropriate to help clients continue their progress outside the treatment room. With a special interest in sports injuries, rehabilitation, women’s health, and postpartum recovery, Haley is committed to providing a comfortable, welcoming treatment experience while continually expanding her knowledge and skills as a therapist. Haley is pleased to offer treatment in both English and French.

Treatment is a therapeutic massage where the soft tissues of the body are mobilized using a variety of massage techniques, such as kneading, rolling and myofascial release in order to induce relaxation and overall healing.
