Hi, my name is Alexander (Alex), and I am a registered massage therapist and certified personal trainer. Before pursuing these careers, I was in school for computer programming. After a few months, I realized that the program wasn’t a good fit for my lifestyle and decided to drop out. Two years later, a friend introduced me to the idea of becoming a massage therapist. Knowing my love for anatomy, working out, and helping others, she believed it would be a great fit and she was right! Over the last few years, I have worked in various environments, including gyms, spas, and multidisciplinary clinics. This experience has allowed me to work with a wide range of clients. As a result, I am skilled at developing treatment plans tailored to your body’s specific needs, performing relaxation massages, and adjusting my pressure to match your comfort level. When I am not treating or training clients, I enjoy weightlifting, running, socializing with friends, and watching anime (my favorites are One Piece and Naruto). For me, working out is a form of self-care it ensures I can give 100% effort to each treatment and helps prevent injuries. Growing up, I played a lot of sports, primarily basketball and volleyball, which instilled a competitive attitude, teamwork skills, and a constant drive to improve. My treatment style includes general Swedish massage techniques, ranging from sports massage, relaxation, and deep tissue to trigger-point release. I also like to incorporate my personal training expertise into my treatment plans. Towards the end of each session, I often demonstrate exercises and/or stretches to further alleviate pain or discomfort. I look forward to working with you
