After some years working in the broadcast industry, Courtney decided to pursue a career as a health care practitioner. In 2010, she was an honour graduate of Everest College and became a Registered Massage Therapist. She has extensive training in Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and joint mobilizations. Throughout her practice, Courtney has worked in a number of different settings including multidisciplinary clinics, sports rehabilitation clinics and corporate wellness. She has also volunteered as an RMT at multiple sporting events, including being a member of the medical team for track and field events during the Pan Am games. Along with providing high quality therapeutic treatments, she has a strong passion in educating clients in safe and effective home care and remedial exercises. Courtney has also been trained in medical acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, cupping and kinesio taping.
