I am a graduate of Adrian School of Massage and have been licensed by the state of Michigan for 8 years. I am also a certified member of ABMP Massage Association. I offer a therapeutic massage by blending Swedish massage with the integration of myofascial release to achieve optimal results with relaxation and stress relief. As an anxiety sufferer myself, I find massage therapy to be beneficial with alleviating symptoms of anxiety and every day stress. I want to help others to relax and feel their best.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
