I’m Dr. Payman Yazdkhasti. I trained and practiced in Iran as an anesthesiologist, critical care physician, and pain specialist, completed interventional pain training in Hungary, and graduated from the Canadian School of Naturopathic Medicine with an integrative oncology internship in Toronto. I now practice in Canada as a Naturopathic Doctor, offering interventional pain procedures, evidence-informed holistic care, and aesthetic medicine experience from my role as physician and manager at a well-known cosmetic clinic in Iran.
Initial consultation with an ND at Coastal Life Wellness focuses on getting a clear understanding of your health story, symptoms, goals, and day-to-day habits. Your ND reviews your medical history, current concerns, nutrition, stress, sleep, and movement patterns, then discusses what’s working and what isn’t. You leave with a straightforward plan that fits your life, plus clear next steps that may include lab testing, nutrition support, lifestyle changes, acupuncture, or targeted supplements. The goal is to give you clarity and a path forward from the first visit.
