I have always valued working in a collaborative team environment and believe that recovery always begins with providing education to every client on principles for continuing safe and effective care as part of their treatment plan. I am a member of the BCAK and also provide injury rehabilitation and conditioning and functional training. I enjoy working with complicated cases and have a special interest in shoulder injuries and lower back pain. I have taken courses in all three levels of the McGill Method for lower back pain, shoulder rehabilitation and kinesiotaping.
