Lymphatic Drainage
This session combines Manual Lymphatic Drainage with tools like heated Gua Sha, scraping, cupping, and Theragun to relieve tight muscles, support lymph flow, and improve mobility. Includes guided stretching to open restricted areas and K-Tape application for post-session support. Designed to reduce inflammation, ease tension, and detox the body. Hot stones and steamed towels included—no add-on fees.
