Vanessa has always had a passion for understanding the human mind and body, which inspired her to become a physiotherapist dedicated to providing care with a holistic lens. She is driven by her desire to help people get back to the things that matter to them. Whether that be returning to sport, hobbies, or work, she strives to take her time understanding your goals, concerns, interests, and lifestyle to create a treatment plan together. She prioritizes patient education, exercise, and hands-on therapy to empower clients to make sustainable changes. Vanessa graduated from McMaster University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour. She then attended Western University where she received her Masters of Physical Therapy. Outside of the clinic, she loves spending time outdoors and staying active by weight training at the gym, swimming, and playing badminton. She also loves exploring the GTA food and music scene.
