Deidre graduated from the RCC Massage Therapy program from Ontario. She has always had a passion for helping others which has led her to her career as a Registered Massage therapist & Registered Reflexology Practitioner. Deidre specializes in a range of therapeutic techniques including Indian head massage, TMJ treatment, Aromatherapy treatments, Hot stone massage for reflexology, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage and Cupping massage. Deidre also completed a course in Geriatirc/ Palliative massage, so that she could offer safe massage treatment for the senior population and offer pain management to help improve quality of life. With a strong health science background in anatomy & physiology and a degree in social service with a focus on mental health, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve both physical and emotional well-being. Deidre prioritizes trust and respect, creating a welcoming atmosphere to her clients. She conducts thorough assessments and develops individualized treatment plans to support each client's needs while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice. Massage
Full set of 10 heated stones (various sizes/weights). These hot polished volcanic stones are placed all over the body allowing for penetrating heat into muscle tissue. Stones are then expertly and smoothly glided over the skin like silk . Summer or winter, this massage is a favourite for all! Ideal for those with autoimmune issues, or poor circulation.
Osteopathy
This appointment type is for patients new to osteopathy at Juniper; if you have had osteopathy treatment elsewhere please still choose this session if it's your first time at Juniper.
Reflexology
As an initial appointment, please fill out the Reflexology Intake form that will be sent to you via email. Initial appointments may take up to an hour. Initial sessions include treatment for feet or hands, not both. Wearing loose-fitting pants is recommended for this appointment.
