My name is Folasade “Fola” Chapman. I am first a person who loves God and loves people. I am secondarily a holistic health educator and clinical massage/bodywork therapist. It is my priority to help others to maximize the God-breathed Wealth within them and SHINE BRIGHTLY in all they do, positively affecting the world. Sometimes it just takes stress relief through massage/bodywork, education and/or demonstration on healthier eating, fitness coaching, or just an encouragement to help ACTIVATE that God-Breathed Wealth that propels you to your next level of life-expression and greater SHINE.
