Tomas is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in physiotherapy and international clinical practice. He holds a Master’s degree in Physical Education from Poznań University in Poland, completed further training at the Ontario College of Health and Technology, and has worked across a range of settings—including owning and operating a massage and physiotherapy clinic in Poland, supporting a professional soccer team, and spending over a decade at a multidisciplinary orthopaedic and sports injury clinic in Mississauga. Now welcoming clients in Guelph, Tomas is known for his thoughtful, individualized approach to pain management, treating orthopaedic and neurological conditions, sports-related injuries, and stress-related tension using techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and Dynamic Angular Petrissage.
