Bio Christopher’s journey into physiotherapy began with a significant elbow injury as a teenager, which required reconstruction surgery. Through dedicated physiotherapy, he defied medical expectations and returned to playing racket sports. This experience shaped his approach, emphasizing the importance of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to decrease symptoms, target dysfunction, promote healing, and prevent future injuries. Christopher prioritizes client education, ensuring you understand what’s happening, recovery timelines, and treatment plans. By setting meaningful goals, he maximizes exercise adherence and treatment success. Professionally, Christopher has worked with complex neurological disorders at GF Strong Outpatient NMS Clinic, supported post-operative patients at NRGH and VGH, and rehabbed clients with ICBC and work-related injuries in Victoria. Outside of work, Christopher enjoys tennis, ultimate frisbee, landscape photography, and watching hockey, basketball, and soccer. Fluent in Cantonese, he connects with a broad range of clients, making him a compassionate and effective physiotherapist.
