Doug Stacey Owner and Head Physiotherapist of EPIC Sports Physiotherapy, Doug Stacey has almost 30 years of experience working with amateur and elite level athletes from around the world. He holds a Masters in Exercise Physiology (McMaster University) as well as a Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy. In his more than 20-year history working with Hockey Canada, Doug has covered 14 World Championships (six Gold, four Silver, three 4th place finishes) and four Olympics (three Gold, one Bronze) as a member of the medical staff. He also worked with the Ontario Hockey League’s London Knights Hockey Club from 2003 to 2020 winning four OHL championships (2005, 2012, 2013, 2016) and two Memorial Cups (2005, 2016). Known for his engaging personality and infectious energy, Doug’s ability to assess an injury, develop a treatment plan and see his clients through to recovery has earned him the reputation as the best and most sought-after physiotherapist in the game today.
