2-118 Hatt Street, Hamilton, ON, L9H 2G6

Eli grew up in Dundas with a hand-poured concrete shot put circle in his backyard. He is thrilled to be returning back to Dundas after learning and living abroad in London, England for the past 3 years. As a former international shot putter, turned avid runner, Eli has an in-depth understanding of the demands of a wide variety of sports. He brings an elite-performance mindset to the clinic to help others improve their physical function beyond their initial goals. While becoming a multiple time national champion, he obtained a master’s degree in physiotherapy from Brunel University London (United Kingdom), after completing his BHK in Kinesiology from the University of Windsor, where he was also a captain of the track and field team. From high school until starting his masters degree, Eli worked with individuals of various fitness levels as a strength and conditioning coach. This experience helped him to see the benefits of a personalized and evidence-based exercise plan to aid in injury recovery, while setting the foundation for life-long health. He believes that collaboration between the patient and clinician is essential to the development of a sustainable plan. He frequently applies soft-tissue and joint mobilization techniques to complement his movement-based approach to therapy when appropriate. Outside of the clinic, you will be able to find Eli running along on the Dundas trails or if it’s a Thursday night, supporting the Dundas Blues.
