It has been impressed upon Heather over the years in countless forms that her lifes purpose is to heal others. She began her journey in the healing arts in 2003 after graduating from massage therapy school in East Tennessee. The following year, she joined the United States Navy Seabees which took her on a journey of self-discovery, insight into the many cultures and healing modalities of the world, and a deep compassion for the earth. She graduated from Chaminade University of Honolulu, studied Reiki with Shalandra Abbey on the Island of Kauai, played around on Virginia Beach with Seabees and Beachmasters, and volunteered at a Reiki Cancer Center in California while undergoing the biggest transformation of her life. She then made her way back home to her mountains of Tennessee where she had a son and daughter, graduated from Lee University with a Bachelors in Health Science, obtained Usui Tibetian Reiki Master training under Diane Thomas and Holy Fire Reiki Master training with Andrea Kennedy. She is now enjoying motherhood and pursuing knowledge and insight into AyurVedic and Integrative Medicine at Maharishi International University.
