Massage

This is a focused massage therapy treatment for individuals experiencing jaw tension, neck discomfort, or headache-related symptoms. The session includes an assessment of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and surrounding structures to identify areas of increased muscle tension and restriction. Treatment may include intraoral techniques, as well as external work to the jaw, neck, head, and face. Gentle, restorative massage techniques are used to support muscle relaxation, improve local circulation, and promote overall relaxation. Jaw discomfort is commonly associated with muscle tension, stress-related clenching, or postural patterns. This treatment is intended to support neuromuscular balance and nervous system regulation within the scope of massage therapy, with the goal of improving comfort and reducing tension.

This 60-minute treatment is designed to support the body through periods of stagnation, tension, or internal heaviness. The session begins with a focused assessment to understand how your body is currently holding fluid, pressure, and restriction. From there, a combination of advanced fascial techniques and therapeutic massage is used to gently open key areas of the body, support lymphatic pathways, and restore a sense of internal flow. This treatment is well-suited for those experiencing bloating, tension through the abdomen or back, postural strain, or a general feeling of heaviness in the body. The approach is both clinical and intuitive, supporting the body’s natural movement without force. Recommended as part of a consistent care routine for ongoing support.
